Privacy Policy
We collect nothing.
Last updated August 21, 2026 · Applies to Duesday for Mac, iPhone and iPad
The short version
Duesday has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no servers of ours. The subscriptions you track are stored in a database on your device. We never see them.
Your data
Everything you enter — subscriptions, prices, dates, notes — lives in a local database on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad. You can export it to CSV or JSON at any time, and deleting the app deletes the local copy.
iCloud sync (optional, off by default)
If you turn on sync, your data is stored in your own private iCloud database using Apple’s CloudKit, so your devices can stay in step. That data is protected by your Apple account; we have no access to it and no way to read it. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is covered by Apple’s own privacy policy. Turning sync off stops the mirroring; removing the data on your devices removes it from your iCloud copy as well.
The one network request
Every few days the app refreshes its built-in catalog of typical service prices by downloading a static file. The request is anonymous — no identifiers, no cookies, nothing about you or your subscriptions is sent. You can switch this off in Settings, which makes the app fully offline (aside from iCloud, if you enabled it).
Notifications
Renewal reminders are local notifications, scheduled and delivered entirely on your device.
Purchases
Duesday is sold through the App Store. Your purchase is handled by Apple; we receive no personal information from it.
Children
Duesday collects no data from anyone, children included.
